耳门，出《针灸甲乙经》。属手少阳三焦经。在面部，当耳屏上切迹的前方，下颌骨髁突后缘，张口有凹陷处。布有耳颞神经，面神经分支和颞浅动、静脉。主治耳鸣，耳聋，聤耳，齿痛，颌肿，眩晕等。张口，直刺0.5—1寸。
结论① 内耳门可作为耳显微外科及神经外科手术的定位标志。
