工业弯头的磨损一直是影响安全文明生产的一个因素， 随着科学技术不断发展，材料也不断创新，相继出现铸石、铸钢、 合金、离心浇注复合陶瓷等材料。其中管道内衬氧化铝陶瓷以其高耐磨性、高硬度、耐氧化、耐腐蚀性好和极高的耐高低温强度性能，已成为一种应用最广泛耐磨材料，占据了世界特种陶瓷市场份额（耐磨材料）的80%左右。
为了克服渣浆输送系统中这一薄弱环节，运用流体力学中的伯奴利方程及其他知识而设计和制造的简易耐磨弯头解决了这一问题。
In order to overcome this weak link in the dregs thick liquid expulsion system, we have designed and made a simple wear-resisting bend, using hydromechanics knowledge, to solve this problem.
