网膜孔，亦称温斯劳孔，是网膜囊向右通入腹膜腔的唯一孔道。纵径3cm，可容示、中二指通过。其前界为肝十二指肠韧带游离缘，后界为下腔静脉及其前面前面的壁腹膜或肝肾韧带，上界为肝的尾状叶，下界为十二指肠上部的上缘。向右侧通右肝下间隙，即肝肾隐窝，向左通入网膜囊前庭。门静脉、肝外胆道及肝固有动脉等，通行于网膜孔前界的肝十二指肠韧带内。网膜孔是网膜囊与腹膜腔之间的惟一通道。
网膜孔（omental foramen）：又称winslow孔，是网膜囊与大腹膜腔之间的唯一孔道。上界为肝尾状叶，下界为十二指肠韧带，后界为覆盖下腔静脉的腹膜。
