结肠瘘是一种常见的外科病理状态，因各种原因所形成胃肠道之间的异常通道，肠管与其他空腔脏器之间或肠管与体表之间的病理通道，都属于肠瘘的范畴，若发生在结肠则称为结肠瘘，结肠瘘可分为外瘘和内瘘两种类型，肠内容物漏出体外者称为外瘘，瘘管与另一肠管或其他空腔脏器相通者称为内瘘。
目的总结肠瘘病人肠外营养的治疗经验及体会。
