结肠憩室是结肠黏膜通过肠壁薄弱部位向外突出形成的袋状结构。憩室引流不畅可并发憩室炎，炎症发生后很容易穿孔。本病在欧美比较常见，我国少见。结肠憩室有先天性和后天性之分，后天性较为常见，多见于左侧结肠。憩室可为单发，也可为多发。
