组织原则是指为建立一个完善的管理组织系统，在组织设计中必须遵循的一些基本原则。主要有：(1) 目标一致，精干有效。即必须使组织系统内各组织体及其成员的具体目标与企业的总目标保持一致；必须从系统观点出发，从企业的实际需要出发，设计出能够高效率地完成企业组织任务的最简单的组织结构。(2) 统一领导，分级管理。(3) 分工负责，协调配合。既要按照专业化原则把一定的工作分配给一定的人员专门负责执行和完成，做到事事有管，人人有专责。同时又要使企业内上下左右的每个部门，单位的每项工作都相互协调，紧密配合，能保证企业目标的顺利实现。(4) 权责对等，才职相称。
