Component Side 组件面 早期在电路板全采通孔插装的时代，零件一定是要装在板子的正面，故又称其正面为“组件面”。板子的反面因只供波焊的锡波通过，故又称为“焊锡面”(Soldering Side) 。目前 SMT 的板类两面都要粘装零件，故已无所谓“组件面“或“焊锡面”了，只能称为正面或反面。通常正面会印有该电子机器的制造厂商名称，而电路板制造厂的 UL 代字与生产日期，则可加在板子的反面。
