纤维结构是一种化学结构，包括形态结构和聚集态结构2种。组成纤维的结构单元在相互作用达到平衡时在空间的几何排列称为纤维结构。 固态物质的结构有简单、有复杂，如均匀简单结构的玻璃、金属、塑料等，多为人工作为的结果；而天然纤维、生物体乃至人工作为的化学纤维、微米或纳米结构的微机械系统（MEMS、NEMS）结构极为复杂。其中纤维的结构是相当复杂的，是由基本结构单元经若干层次的堆砌和混杂所组成的，并决定纤维的性质。
