红山龙（学名Hongshanosaurus）是下白垩纪东亚的鹦鹉嘴龙科恐龙。虽然只有两个头颅骨化石，但透过与其近亲的比较，发现它是双足的草食性恐龙，上下颌的前端有喙嘴。它是在中国辽宁省热河组发现的完整化石之一。
