绿藻具有光合色素,典型的绿藻细胞可活动或不能活动。细胞中央具有液泡,色素分布在质体中,质体形状随种类不同而有所变化。细胞壁由两层纤维素和果胶质组成。活性污泥中常见的绿藻有小球藻和水绵。
