经验费率是保险人根据某类保险标的以往若干年 (通常为3—5年) 的平均损失率而计算得出的每一危险单位的费用。经验费率的计算基础是经验法。费率的高低取决于过去的影响危险因素的结果，而不是对将来危险因素的预见。
In this paper, we have a study on credibility method which is an extensively used experience rating method in today’s property and casualty insurance. There is a close relationship between exact credibility and Bayesian method.
