精神康复，是康复医学中的一个重要组成部分。躯体的康复，在于恢复身体上不同器官的功能，如使盲人复明、聋者恢复听力、肢体瘫痪者恢复行走功能等；而精神康复则是通过生物、社会、心理的各种方法，使由于精神残疾所导致的社会功能缺损得以恢复，称之为精神康复。
