粘糕又名年糕,是中国的一种传统食品。 元宵节除元宵、面条外,还有吃粘糕的。粘糕是人们喜爱的食品之一,但制作粘糕一般比较麻烦费时。在唐代名医孙思邈的《备急千金要方·食治》载牶“自粱米,昧甘、微寒、无毒、除热、益气。”唐代之后,元代也有元宵节食糕的记载。
年糕,又称粘粘糕,取年年高之意。在南方用糯米制成,北方则为黏黍。
