粒碱（caustic soda in pearl）即粒状烧碱，也称珠碱，固体烧碱（氢氧化钠）产品的一种，化学式：NaOH。按粒径大小可分为粗粒碱、微粒碱，其中微粒碱粒径约0.7mm，形状上很像洗衣粉。
