有关由本协议引起的、与本协议有关的任何法律诉讼或起诉，买卖双方均应不可撤销地服从香港特别行政区法院的管辖和约束。
This Contract shall be governed by the laws of Hong Kong and both the Seller and the Buyer irrevocably submits to the jurisdiction of the Courts in Hong Kong.
