本文在目前国内的输油管线防盗检测系统的基础上，结合GPRS传输优势，提出了一种基于GPRS传输的新型输油管线监控系统。
A new oil pipeline monitoring system based on GPRS transmission is put forward in this paper on the basis of the current anti-theft detection system of oil pipelines.
结合实例，分析了该系统在不间断输油管线上防泄漏自动监控的可行性，同时对该系统在管线停输状态下实现防泄漏自动监控性能进行了探讨，提出了一些建议。
Combining example we analyse feasibility of automatic monitoring the leak of petroleum pipeline under working state, at the same time, discuss this system under stopping state of petroleum pipeline.
