管制扇区（CONTROL SECTOR） 管制扇区是飞行管制的基本单位。一般情况下航空管制把区域管制区或者终端（进近）管制区划分为两个或者两个以上的部分，每个部分称为一个管制扇区。其目的是为了将管制区的工作量分配至两个或者两个以上的管制席位，减轻单一管制席位的工作负担或者减少陆空通信频率拥挤。
