答辩书（Answer）是指抗辩人对原诉人在起诉书中所作陈述作出的书面回应。答辩书通常是抗辩人对原诉人在起诉书中的所作陈述的部分或全部有异议，从而提出的抗辩。一般情况下，抗辩人在接收到送达的传票和起诉书后。
被申请人未提交答辩书的，不影响仲裁程序的进行。
