等压过程（isobaric process）是指系统的压强始终保持不变的过程。等压过程的特点是压强 p=恒量。对理想气体而言，等压的准静态过 程中，可由理想气体状态方程得出体积与温度的关系 V/T=恒量。 等压过程又称“定压过程”。热力学系统在状态发生（物理或化学）变化过程时，其物质系统的压强始终保持恒定。等压过程能量转化特点是系统吸收的热量等于系统内能的增量和系统对外所做功之和；等于系统态函数焓的增量。
