笔录 笔录，是法律行业中的专业术语，就是将证人、犯罪嫌疑人、或目击证人的详细身份和话语记录的文字。 根据技术的发展，笔录已不再是单一的记录行为，还需要有《同步录音录像》的同步保障才能够证明笔录的可信性，解决【笔录】与【同步录音录像】不同步技术难题。在我国出现了【笔录五同步综合录制系统】。即：笔录打字、录音、录像、时间、现场示证五个过程同步录制在一个界面上。
评议中的不同意见，必须如实记入笔录。
