竹刑，法典名，春秋时期郑国大夫邓析编。邓析将子产所铸《刑书》自行修改刻于竹简，故称竹刑。邓析死后，竹刑始为正式法典。原文已失传。在春秋时期，法律制度有了一个大的变革，即各国诸侯纷纷颁布成文法，保护私有财产，竹刑就是其中之一。
邓析本人在钻法律空子的同时，也在研究法律，他自拟了一部刑法刻在竹简上，叫做《竹刑》。
