穿孔性阑尾炎是阑尾发生坏死穿孔的急性阑尾炎，属于重型阑尾炎，多见于儿童和老年人。穿孔部位多在阑尾根部或近端的对系膜缘侧。如果阑尾穿孔的过程较快，穿孔口未被包裹，阑尾腔内的积脓可以自由进入腹腔，形成弥漫性腹膜炎。
方法：将589例坏疽穿孔性阑尾炎患者随机分为引流和非引流组。
Methods: 589 cases of gangrenous perforated appendicitis were randomly divided into the drainage group and the non-drainage group.
手术切口感染常发生于患者的切口比较“脏”或者受到污染的情形，比如创伤、肠部手术或者穿孔性阑尾炎。

结果单纯性阑尾炎、急性化脓性阑尾炎、坏疽穿孔性阑尾炎及阑尾周围脓肿的显示率分别为5 7%、95 %、75 %、83%。
Results The ratio of lesion displaying for pure appendicitis, acute suppurative, gangrene perforating and periappendiceal abscess appendicitis were 57%, 95%, 75% and 83% respectively.
