稳定化处理是指含钛或含铌的奥氏体不锈钢的一种提高抗晶间腐蚀能力的热处理方法。在奥氏体不锈钢冶炼时加入数倍于含碳量的钛或铌元素,可在形成Cr23C6之前优先形成钛或铌的碳化物,这些碳化物几乎不固溶于奥氏体中。在焊接从高温冷却时,即使经过易析出Cr23C6的敏化温度区间(850〜450℃)时也不会沿晶界大量析出Cr23C6,从而大大提高了抗晶间腐蚀的能力。
