“科技文化”释义 西方近代启蒙文化推动科技发展以后，科技成果同时也在改造文化，被科技改造后的文化就是科技文化，它又会反作用于科技，同时去影响经济和政治。科技文化与未被改造的文化相比，它们对经济、政治的作用是存在很大差异的。同时还需要指出的是，就科技系统独立存在的意义而言，它的经济、政治功能与科技文化的政治、经济功能也应该被加以区分，这样有助于我们认识科技通过文化渗透产生的积极长远的社会效应。 西方近代科技大发展的起点是文艺复兴运动，这场社会运动的目的是为了反对宗教统治对人的精神压制，突破虚伪的神学，恢复人的自由与理性。第一次科技革命以后，科技作为生产力的地位迅速上升，并且越来越重要，科技成果成了推动经济发展的重要杠杆，这有力地影响了科技人员的心态，许多科技人员受到经济集团利益和个人利益的驱使，经济效益成为评价科技成果的重要标准。但是，科学技术树立的那种追求真理的文化品质，以及它带动起来的民众崇尚科学的精神氛围，代表了人类的共同利益，超越了经济的局限性，并不断为经济的持续发展开拓更为广阔的空间。 【文本支持】详见：《学术论坛》（CSSCI源期刊&中文核心期刊）2009年第2期刊载的《西方的科技文化与中国的马克思主义政治文化》一文，作者系西安交通大学人文社会科学学院博士生王斌。
