私家路（Private road），是一条行人或者行车通道、街道，由私人物业拥有。它相对于政府官方所拥有及管理的公路或街道。私家路业主可能会发出的一些附例，限制私家路的使用者（行人或者驾车人士）的进入权及使用权，包括泊车权及收费率。
