磁阻（magnetic reluctance）是指含有永磁体的磁路中的一个参量。源于磁路中存在漏磁。利用永磁体来产生一工作磁场时，需要有永磁体、高导磁软磁体和适当大小的空隙三部分，总称为磁路。永磁体提供磁通，经过软磁体连接后在空隙处产生磁场。磁路中的总磁通量是守恒的，但在空隙处的磁通密度相对降低，因有部分磁通在非空隙处流失，称之为漏磁，导致磁路中的磁阻。
