磁时效是指无取向电工钢在服役过程中磁性能下降的现象。这种现象主要是由材料中碳和氮等杂质元素引起的。钢铁有两种性能为其它金属材枓所不及,一种是强性,一种是磁性。利用钢铁的强性建造桥梁、房屋和机器等;利用钢铁的磁性我们制造电气机械等。钢铁的强性,包括硬度、抗张力等,逐渐随时间变化,这种现象称为时效或机械的时效。钢铁的磁性同样地也逐渐跟着时间改变,如软磁材枓磁导率降低和矫顽力的增高。
阐述了电磁纯铁的磁时效现象及其机理,并结合太钢无磁时效优质电磁纯铁的质量控制水平和磁时效检验方法,提出了人工时效处理的改进工艺。
