硼钢（boron steel），是以硼为主要合金化元素的钢。又称硼处理钢。能改善钢的某些性能。硼钢的种类主要有合金结构硼钢、低合金高强度硼钢、弹簧硼钢等。主要是渗碳硼钢：其碳含量低一般低于0.25%，这类钢渗碳性能较好，渗碳层不会形成大量残余奥氏体因而可得到高硬度、高耐磨性和良好抗疲劳性能，而且缺口敏感性较小。
