新石器时代。1978年河南新郑裴李岗出土。长30.3、宽10厘米。中国 历史博物馆藏。是原始农具之一。用于垦荒、翻地。 具史料记载，石铲还是最早的治疗工具，在石疗中，就有铲筋疗法，石铲疗法更多的运用在少数民族，特别是土家族中是一个常用的工具，常常在筋骨疼痛后，用加热的石铲铲筋热敷以减轻疼痛。
