睾丸肿瘤是在青年男性中最常见恶性肿瘤，分为原发性和继发性两类。绝大多数为原发性，分为生殖细胞肿瘤和非生殖细胞肿瘤两大类。生殖细胞肿瘤发生于曲细精管的生殖上皮，其中精原细胞瘤最为常见，生长速度较缓慢，预后一般较好；非精原细胞瘤如胚胎癌、畸胎癌、绒毛膜上皮癌等，比较少见，但恶性程度高，较早出现淋巴和血行转移，预后较差。非生殖细胞肿瘤发生于睾丸间质细胞，来源于纤维组织、平滑肌、血管和淋巴组织等睾丸间质细胞。继发性睾丸肿瘤较为罕见。
Methods Immunohistochemistry was used to detect the expression of p19 in 31cases of the human testicular cancer tissue and 20 cases of the hunan normal testicle tissue. Statistics was used to analyse the data.
