睾丸淋巴瘤较为罕见，约占睾丸肿瘤的5%。DoLL等总结了7743例睾丸肿瘤，其中原发于睾丸的恶性淋巴瘤360例，占4.6%。该病是60岁以上年龄组中最常见的睾丸肿瘤。
目的报道21例睾丸原发性淋巴瘤，并分析其临床表现，形态特征和免疫表型。
