眼睑色素痣是眼睑先天性扁平或隆起的病变，境界清楚，由痣细胞构成。一般出生时即有，少数发在青春期。初期生长较快，以后生长较慢。有的自行萎缩，到成年可逐渐静止。
目前国内常用的激光器为氦氖激光器、二氧化碳激光器，适用于色素痣、寻常疣、汗管瘤、眼睑黄色瘤以及细小皱纹等。
