皆川米子（1893年1月4日－2007年8月13日）生于日本福冈县，2002年起入住该县福智町庆寿园。自2005年4月5日起成为日本国内最年长人瑞；在2007年1月28日美国人瑞艾玛·提尔曼逝世后，成为世界最年长者，至同年8月13日下午5时47分在庆寿园安老院安详辞世，共活了114年221天。
据《吉尼斯世界纪录大全》记载，目前世界上寿命最长的人和寿命最长的男性分别是日本114岁的皆川米子和111岁的田锅友时。
