癌性淋巴管炎是肺转移瘤的一种，系指肿瘤组织沿淋巴管生长、蔓延，淋巴管内充满肿瘤细胞，淋巴管周围纤维组织增生，病变从肺门向外周扩散。临床常有呼吸困难和气促等症状。影像表现多呈网状结节影，支气管束增粗，HRCT表现为小叶间隔呈串珠形增厚有一定的特征。
需与淋巴瘤及肺部癌性淋巴管炎鉴别。
