痰郁，病证名。六郁之一。见《丹溪心法》卷三。指痰气郁结、肺气不利的病证。
风痰郁阻型：患肢酸痛，麻木，皮肤潮红，触之不温，肢端可见溃疡坏疽。
Wind-resistance sputum Yu : limb pain, numbness, skin flushes, not inconsistent temperature, acral gangrene visible ulcers.
认为该病的基本病机是脾肾两虚、肝郁痰凝。
Its basic pathogenesis is the deficiency of spleen and kidney, the stasis of liver Qi and poison.
结论小儿肺炎从热、郁、痰、瘀论治有其中医学理论基础和临床研究依据。
