痰痞 ，病证名。痞证之一。属痰气痞结的病证。《杂病源流犀烛·胸膈脊背乳病源流》：“因乎痰者为痰痞。脉必滑，胁下痛。”《类证治裁·痃癖癥瘕诸积论治》：“痞由中脘痰气不利者，宜用砂枳二陈汤；痰结胸满，用顺气导痰汤；心下痞，发热而呕，用半夏泻心汤；心下积冷如覆杯，按之有水声，热手熨之如冰，脉沉迟者，用三圣散吐之，次服白术调中汤。”参见痞、痰证条。
目的：观察枳实消痞汤治疗痰湿内阻型非酒精性单纯性脂肪肝的临床疗效。
