癥疝 病名。指上腹部突然疼痛，且伴见腹胀及气块者。《诸病源候论》卷二十：“腹中气乍满，心中尽痛，气积如臂，名曰癥疝也。”多因饮食寒温不调，气机阻滞所致。症见突发性上腹部疼痛，伴见腹胀及气块。治宜内服立效散。
