cīdiǎn：指织物上不应当有的斑点或小毛病。由纤维原料到最后制造成成品织物，需经过纺纱、织造、印染等工程，且每种工程中，又需经过一连续多个加工过程(Process)始能完成。在各层次的加工中，设定条件之不当，人员操作之疏忽，机械之故障等，均可能致使产品发生外观上之缺点。就理论上言之，加工之层次愈多，则发生缺点之机率亦愈高。
