疑核（ ambiguous nucleus ），是脑神经运动核。位于延髓被盖部的网状结构中，是长棒状的核团，自延髓脑桥分界处起，下达锥体交叉平面。核发出纤维走行于舌咽神经、迷走神经和副神经之中，支配咽、喉、软腭部横纹肌。
