生态分区是根据自然地理条件、区域生态经济关系及农业生态经济系统结构功能的类似性和差异性，把整个区域划分为不同类型的生态区域。现有的区划方法有经验法、指标法、类型法、叠置法、聚类分析法等，根据分区的原则与指标，运用定性和定量相结合的方法，进行生态分区，并画出生态分区图。
