瓦乌（英语：Wau）是南苏丹共和国第3大都市，人口仅次于首都朱巴、耶伊。是西加扎勒河州的州府，又是乌县府驻地，位在朱尔河西岸，有铁路通往苏丹首都喀土木。人口约13万（2005年）。
瓦乌荷兰基金会以赫瓦特·荷兰·莫里茨命名，也被称为瓦乌荷兰。
