现金增加值，是价值管理的一种方法，现金增加值概念由瑞典学者Erik Ottosson和Fredik Weissenrieder于1996年提出，目的是从股东角度持续衡量公司价值。现金增加值(cash value added,CVA）是指建立在现金制条件下企业实际的“现金盈利值”的基础上，扣除分配股利付现后的余额，是企业支付了各项现金分配后的留存现金收益。
企业的价值创造最终以现金流量的增加值反映出来。
