环氧胶粘剂是以聚氨酯预聚物改性环氧树脂(A组分)与自制的固化剂(B组分)按10∶1～1∶1（重量比）的比例配制成耐高温、韧性好、反应活性大的固化体系。其中聚氨酯预聚物为端羟基聚硅氧烷和二异氰酸酯按一定比例在一定条件下反应制成异氰酸酯基团封端的聚硅氧烷聚氨酯预聚物，再采用此聚氨酯预聚物对环氧树脂进行改性处理。而自制的固化剂由二元胺、咪唑类化合物、硅烷偶联剂，无机填料以及催化剂组成。
