博士，副教授，1972年生，毕业于西安交通大学动力工程及工程热物理专业，现任中国计量学院计量测试工程学院实验室主任。主要从事制冷空调、流体热物性方面的研究。参与了973、国家自然科学基金等多项科研项目。发表科研论文10余篇，其中2篇被SCI收录、3篇被EI收录。
