王圻（1530年～1615年），明文献学家、藏书家。字元翰，号洪洲，上海人，祖籍江桥（时属青浦县）。幼年就读于诸翟，明嘉靖四十四年（1565）进士，授清江知县，调万安知县，升御史。以敢于直言，与宰相张居正等相左，黜为福建金事。继又降为邛州判官、张居正去世后，王圻复起，任陕西提学使、神宗傅师、中顺大夫资治尹，授大宗宪。
