王伯当（？～619），外号勇三郎，隋末瓦岗军将领，初于济阳（在山东济南北80里，（稍门）王家集）率众起义，曾推荐李密于翟让。瓦岗寨的神射手。《隋唐演义》排名十七，曾一箭射死隋唐第九条好汉魏文通。对李密忠心耿耿，一直陪伴其左右，最后和李密一起被唐军射死于断密涧。
