献殿，是一个高规格的祭坛，祭祀时用来摆放供品的地方，也可以作为主祭人、有身份的祭祀参与者的活动场所，位于祭祖活动区中轴线位置上，面阔五间，进深五间，单层重檐，廊围四边，仿明代建筑，十字歇山屋顶与仿明戏台连为一体，它的高度和垮度都是三晋之首，在民间祭祀场所中极为壮观，在全国也是非常罕见的。
