莱昂·狄骥（Léon Duguit,1859-02-04～1928-12-18），法国法学家，社会连带主义法学派首创人。 生于利布尔讷，卒于波尔多。1886年起一直任法国波尔多大学法学教授。狄骥学说的主要思想渊源来自A.孔德的实证主义哲学和法国社会学家E.涂尔干在《社会劳动分工论》中所阐述的社会连带主义理论。
