特雷比亚河（Trebbia River）意大利语作Fiume Trebbia，拉丁语作Trebia。意大利北部河流。源出热那亚东北部的亚平宁山地，向东北流经波河低地，在皮亚琴察(Piacenza)西面注入波河，全长115公里(71哩)。
