中国著名动画艺术家、动画电影“中国学派”创始人之一，上海美术电影制片厂第一任厂长特伟因呼吸衰竭抢救无效，2010年2月4日13时45分在上海华东医院逝世，享年95岁。他曾创作了《骄傲的将军》、《小蝌蚪找妈妈》、《牧笛》、《山水情》等家喻户晓的动画精品。
